Steeling money of Client

I bought a second hand car from Henry (Vaatjie) in December 2012 . I trade in my Hyundai accent and paid him R 20 000 (rand). But from the first day I got the MG motorcar from him there was problems. After 4 days after taking back the car to repair the problem it started to became worse and I cancel the transaction. He paid only R4500 back and gave back my Hyundai and promised me to give the rest in 11 days. this was in 14 January 2013 . It is now more 3 months and he do not want to give my deposit that is left (R15 500) back. Every day he makes promises. Hi can, t be trusted. and i do not know if I will ever get my money back from him
