I bought a Hyundai Accent 2013 model on the 11th of December 2013. Before we concluded the deal I wanted to source for my own tracker and she told me it was part of the package. I even highlighted to her before hand that i want to collect the car after it has installed with everything but on that day tracker was not installed and she called the tracking guys who came and took the car for tracker fitment. They brought back the car and i was told all was fine i can only call them to test for the gadget of which i didn't do it on the very day because i had trusted their word. But to my surprise on the following day when i called the tracking company for testing, i was shocked to here that nothing has been activated. I am not even existing in their database and i explained what had transpired to them and i even called Sandra but upto now nothing has been done.
I don't really know what kind of business is this? Is this how their treat their customers, if i had just trusted their word, I feel i was going to leave the rest of my life with a fake tracker in my car. To add to my surprises I have been wondering if anything happens to the car who is going to pay before this tracker is instal
