False advertsing is supposed to be illegal!!!

I am currently try to sell my car. Due to major advertising on road advertising to pay more and CASH in big letters, i went to inspector car to get an evaluation. There I spoke to a gent called Corrie who after discussion with manager and him looking at my car. I was given a written quotion for an amount on my car. A few hours after Corrie phone me back and I asked him if the amount that was quoted was only for trade-in or on a cash deal as well. I was distincly told that the price was for trade in or cash deal. but when I went back the next day to sell my car, i was told that the deal was only if i took another vehicle with them. People like this should lose their lisence to trade if they can not be honest in doing business.
This is sooo dishonest. People please beware!!!
