Reversal of Offered trade-in

Me and my wife went to Hyundai Pretoria on Saturday 09/03/2013 to look for a new vehicle. After they did the vehicle evaluation they offer me the full trade for my vehicle. We had some time over the weekend to think about the deal and on monday agreed and completed the application from. So after getting my wife all exited they let me know today that they will not be offering me the full trade on my vehicle. I think that it is just a to get people all emotional about the deal and in the end they will bite the bullet and take the knock on the the money that they will loose because they want the new vehicle. They did all the necessary paper work for the evaluation so to them that does not mean anything, so why did they waste all my time from then until now. Be warned follow consumers, do not trust them!!
