Poor Service

A month ago I decided to sell the ford for another vehicle. The dealer of the new vehicle agreed to settle the outstanding money with ford credit. A week ago I recieve a letter of demand from ford credit saying I still owe the last payment. When they were supposed to deduct the money from my account, there was money in it. On calling them they said that the was a technical error that is why they did not deduct the money. Sending letters of demand and treathening me with the credit bureaux is uncalled for, for a mistake which ii did not commit!
Unfortunately it was the last time I bought a vehicle at ford and will not recommend anybody to buy a ford as their service is overall very poor.
