Poor customer service received

We booked our vehicle for repair 2 months prior, with the understanding that parts would be available when the vehicle was booked in. Not only have we been promised that the vehicle would be ready after 5 days, yet it has been 10 days, but the parts were not available. After numerous calls, countless messages left unanswered, we were met with dissatisfactory customer service. Understandably panel beaters are busy, but we plan in accordance with the information we are provided from the provider, pay additional money for transport, and are met with poor customer service. I will most certainly not recommend their services nor make use of it ever again.
