Bad attitude, damage pipe when working on ca

I took my bakkie Izuzu KB280 Diesel to the mechanic workshop of Roelf Schildt, the bakkie came back what I was quoted for and paid for was done. But then when I used the bakkie I lost all my oil, got Roelf to get the bakkie and fix the pipe, because every time my husband worked on my bakkie he took the oil pipe off and when Roelf's people worked on the bakkie they did not bother taking off the pipe so they damaged it while working on the alternator and the exhaust gasket. Roelf fixed it and when we went and fetch the bakkie we were charged R400 for a secondhand pipe, and we had to pay for something his workers caused. My husband said but that was not right to charge us, there was nothing wrong with the oil pipe when it arrived at his work shop, he started swearing my husband and threatened to beat him up. That attitude for a business owner is un heard of, Would love to spread the word that he is a person with a anger problem and do not take pride in what he does, why I say that, it is a small thing but says exactly who you are, whenever any workshop worked on my vehicles I always get it back nicely washed, not when Roelf worked on it. a knife out of the bakkie.
