Attitude from Maintenance

Last night the neighboring tenant had left a tap open.By the early hours of the morning, the water had begun to flow into and out of my store. The security guard on duty called management at redefine and the tenant responsible at 4:00 a.m
I assume after being told that the tenant would not come out at 4:00 a.m, I was then called at 5:30a.m.

I managed to locate and shut off the water mains to prevent further damage to my store and stock.
Having to deal with these small issues is bearable.
But to learn that the maintenance person in charge has a don't care attitude toward maintenance leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Adding to that, when I called the redefine offices this morning at 9:00 I was told by pieter - "HEY BLY STILL! LUISTER!!! "
And the disappointing part is, I never called to place blame or to query the absence of service, but rather to find out what would happen going forward as far as the damages I have incurred!

I like many other South Africans keep experiencing the feeling of money being taken and service disappearing into thin air.
