Roof inner lining came loose

My reps 2005 Picanto 1.1L is in immaculate condition, except for the roof inner lining which has over time sagged down to where it almost touches his head. When i called a few Kia agents they said they have never heard of this happening. A rare problem indeed. They thought a fault could have happened at the time of pasting the roof lining, The fact is, this should not happen even if the car is 20 years old.

I called Brandon the Kia Customers Services manager, who initially tried to pass the buck until he understood the argument. This problem should never happen and if it did, it can only be a problem at assembly level. I told him I am not prepared to pay to fix something which should never have gone faulty in the first instance. He asked me to call a Kia trimmer in JHB to get hold of their branch in Cape Town so that they could analyse the problem. They did not have a branch in Cape Town, I then called Brandon back and he promised to come back to me with a solution, he never did.
I then wrote a letter to Kia via their website for help, no one contacted me as yet.
Inside or outside the guarantee period, the roof lining should not come loose.
Kia pls can you re-glue my roof!
