Always had lots of compalints than complements

We bought a nissan tiida last year and we've always had lots of complaints than complements with it, we have since realised a lot more that is not okay about the car and Trevor (dealer by then) never brought it to our attention while selling the car to us, worse part this other weekend we realised that he issued us with the wrong spare key, it was a horrible experience for my girlfriend to be stranded with a wrong space key while I was away on Easter holiday with the original key that we use all the time.well we phoned Ruban Govendor and Jean Pienaar but every time we call they either busy or in the meeting and never come back to us. Jean even laughed about it last time we phoned saying that Ruban will phone us upto date we never heard a word from them.and the switch on the passenger's window we reported it several times, they'd fix it then after some time will stop functioning... THEY JUST DONT WANT TO REPLACE IT!!!
