Dear Jacque,

I would like to applaud CELEST JACOBS AND GLEN SCOTT on their amazing customer service, quick delivery and willing to help. they always go out their way to assist and to make you comfortable and always very polite.

This needs to be on record as customer service is appalling in our country and it's only a pleasure work deal with such individuals. a few of my family own mini's and they know how particular we are with our baby's and do all they can to assist with the problems and help in good time.

if they had to leave i can promise you, I would follow them if they are still with MINI. You lost 2 great people already. DONT LOOSE THESE TWO..
