Last year october we bought a nissan tiida and we"ve always had lots of complaints than compliments.we have since realized a lot more that is not okay about the car and Trevor (dealer by then) never brought it to our attention while selling the car to us, worse part this other weekend we realised that he issued us with the wrong spare key, it was a horrible experience for my girlfriend to be stranded with a wrong spare key while I was away on Easter holiday with the original key that we use all the time.we then sent them email which they didnt respond to it and tried phoning Ruben then Jean told us that he was in a meeting and will phone us back upto date we never heard anything from them after all the efforts.and the window switch on the front passenger door have been reported not just once, they would fix it then after a while it stops functiining... THEY JUST DONT WANT TO REPLACE IT!!!
