After complaining to the service manager he immediately amended the situation and remedied my then utter frustration and it all turns out that there was a misunderstanding on the day of my initial purchase of the service book and spare key to my vehicle. To Gerald and his service team, much appreciation and gratitude for a service recovery and avoiding a bad customer experience on my part.
