Customer Service Done Right

Ack story - Yesterday my car was meant to be serviced but due to communication problems between myself and Hyundai it didnt happen.

Here is how they remedied the situation:
09:00 Hyundai arrive at my work to collect my car
13:00 they phone to let me know it is completed and in the queue to be washed
14:30 call to let me know my car is done and will be dropped off shortly
15:10 call to tell me my car is outside
15:25 Hyundai phones again just to make sure everything is satisfactory

I didnt ask them for this - they offered it.
