Eing a client for three years my first choice when looking at sending a large order over to a foreign country was globeflight. on collection of items they told us they could deliver on time a quote was sent through the a day later at around 9am with an amount we approved followed by a phone call saying all was in order. at 17:00 that same day i received a call saying the flight had been cancelled when i questioned this the story then changed to the shipment had not left due to a packaging problem (they had the cargo for three day now) and there for we would not make the expected flight and the price had now more than doubled. i requested a formal CE with breakdown to which the response was basically no they cannot give me one and i had until 20:00 to approve the cost or they wouldn't be able to help - TALK ABOUT ENTRAPMENT - they could not provide me with the charge per kg, how many pallets there were and how many i had been "quoted on". i have now at the last hour had to find someone to assist and having to incur costs. no form of help or advise was offered to resolve the issue - GLOBEFLIGHT IS USELESS AND HAVE NO SENSE OF IMPORTANCE AND CLIENT CARE!! BE CAREFULL OF FALSE CHARG
