Globeflight
4th or 5th time not collecting on time

I moved from Berco to Globeflight.

On the last few occasions I placed collections (always from our premises)

The driver never came, or didnt come until I complained.

Often they wanted to reschedule for the next day, but
this is not a option.

I always book collection long before the time.

Can this be resolved? I would hate to move to a new courier company again??
