Poor service from quote to almost collection

I wanted to send a SMALL parcel (13cmx7.5cmx5cm - 300grams) from JHB to Durban. Globeflight first quoted me (by accident) upwards of R22 000-00. they then quickly sent through a "revised" quote of R250. they then called me over an hour later to say sorry for the wrongful email. whilst on the phone, i asked the lady when they could collect the parcel. To which she responded asking where the parcel was being sent too (surely they had all that information from my online quote).

Unfortunately for Globeflight, my "new years resolution" is NOT to take any bad service from anyone if i am having to spend my extremely hard earned money on the service they have to offer. at my current company, we have a saying / slogan and it goes "it takes weeks/months to get a customer, yet a few seconds to lose one"

well, Globeflight, you have lost all my business going forward, and hopefully all the business of people i know going forward and into the future.
