Poor service / refusal to pay out insured amount

I am absolutely shocked by the pathetic service I have received from Globeflight. I asked for a parcel to be collected in UK, about a week later Globeflight could not give me an answer as to where my parcel was, I then had to contact the sender of the parcel who contacted the couriers in UK only to find out the parcel had gone missing I then contacted Globeflight and they told me they knew the parcel was missing but they didn't want to inform me and startle me! Fair enough I had insured the parcel for R7500.00 so I was told I would be paid out this amount within 21days, I then waited an entire week for the claim forms to be sent after phoning countless times. finally I was told (after getting hold of higher authorities) that I will be paid out within the week. Yesterday I received an email stating that I will not be able to be paid out the amount I insured the parcel for, as the courier company in UK (TNT) is not going to pay out the full amount. This is not my concern as I insured the parcel with Globeflight for an amount of R7500 as per the documents sent. I will not recommend Globelfight to anyone as there service is horrific and what they doing is.
