Poor repairs leading to out of warranty then pay

My car has been at your Alberton Branch since last week Tuesday, day 8 now. The shock mounting has collapsed. I took my car in several times for a noise on the Left front wheel and it was never sorted, kept coming back. Now that the warranty is over I get told I must pay. This was identified when it was in warranty and was never sorted out. As far as I am concerned this should be covered still as it is a latent defect that was never fixed. I am totally disgusted with the service that I am getting. They say they can't find the papers when it was in previously for that complaint. How convenient.
