NOT BAD SERVICE JUST NO SERVICE AT ALL

I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter in March regarding a refund dispute outstanding as of January, I received a reply to advise me that the matter will be looked into (still in the month of March) and to date have heard nothing since, it is appalling that they have the audacity to actually register as a company who responds to complaints/compliments on this very website as there is clearly no intention to tend to issues raised here.
