Aim For 5*? 30 000 km service and car faulty

I took my car in for a service at Hyundai ERM. 30756 km. The service at the time was excelent but upon receiving my car back I found that is was missing (Timing I think). I only noticed it on Saturday as it was the first time I drove it. I left it as is until Monday morning. I took the car back myself and wanted to know why? I had to wait so long for the service foreman to come as he was busy. He took my car for a drive and told me to wait 10 minutes. I did so and received it back. The foreman told me that the spark plug was wet and it was sorted out. I drove of with my car and got home. There was no problem until I started my car again at 14h00 to go and fetch my boys from school. Guess what. My car doing the same. There was no rain nor did I wash the car so what will the problem be now. I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I was going to upgrade my car but now I do not think they are the right guys anymore.
