Bad service from hyundai

I would like to complain about my Hyundai i20. The car had about 18 000km on the clock and had to go for new shocks at the Hyundai Service centre in Port Elizabeth. Since the day that car came back from the service centre the car was not right and felt very unsafe to drive. Could not understand what the problem was as the car just came from Hyundai. Eventually I took the car to Supa quick to check the shocks, and then discover that the shocks and the coils springs were in a very bad condition. My wife was not feeling safe driving the car as she almost had an accident with the car and putting our child's life in danger. Took the car back to Hyundai Port Elizabeth where the service is extremely poor Andries service manager and Hein workshops foreman was of no help and rude. Car is standing there since Monday and up until today I have not heard a word from them or any feedback from them. Emailed Hyundai SA, more than 24 hours, also no feedback.
In the meantime we are paying for a car that we cannot drive. I will never in my life buy any Hyundai product ever again. Dealership where we bought the car said this is the 3rd i20 in a very short time who have exactly the same problem.
