Absolute no feedback after complaint

What must i do do get your attention? i have a problem with my car and you people at HONDA SA feels a! @#$^. do you expect to be supported again in future? i have my doubts that i will if this is the treatment i receive. Does the MD of Honda SA know about this bad service or is he just not informed about all the customers complaining?
