Good day, I would like to express my disgust in the Service I received from McCarthy VW Constantia Kloof. They are unprofessional and have a total disregard for a customer. On the 27 March 2013 I saw a VW polo 1.6 trenline 2011 car for R154 000 on their website. First they said the car is not on their systems. They checked and found the car on their premises. Unlikely, but ok. I went with it. After they found the car, the price changed to R158 000. Upon inspection of the car I noticed the back wheels treads were not right and the car had on the bonnet and car door. I was told that the car would go through a road worthy check and all the issues would be resolved. I got a "discount" and the car was sold for R157 000 and I was promised a full tank. After doing my finance and was told the car was ready on Sat 30 March 2013. When I went to sign all the paper work I saw nothing has been done to the issues I was promised would be resolved and the dealer advised I should bring the car on Tuesday and he will complete everything. The car still had Cape Town number plates and the entire car was pulling to the left. The wheel alignment was off and I had to drive the entire week.
