BMW M3 - worst buy eve

I bought a brand new M3 competition pack in Feb... Worst buy ever.
I wrongly assumed that buying a car of that caliber implied the product being packed by the brand... not so.
The car has had ongoing electrical/ starter issues and after returning it to the dealership countless times it has now been at BMWSA for 3 weeks.

Guys, I'm paying for a car - monthly instalments, insurance premiums and tracking - that I don't have and can't drive... it feels like a CPA issue here if not more serious. It doesn't really seem that important to you...

Can someone call me back to resolve this?
