Reneging on sales pitch

This branch gives car salesmen a bad name. Very friendly and helpful staff but the promises and incentives offered during the sales pitch (free tow bar, quick turnaround time...) and which swung the deal in favor of this branch are suddenly no longer doable. Some 'hidden' costs such as an extra cost for the vehicle color selected were also not disclosed which makes you wonder what else is being hidden.

It also took 2 sms's and a strongly worded email to get the paperwork started and now that the contract has been signed no further communication has been received!
