Signed the contract and request -installation date. They have not kept to any dates. Guys pitch one day and dont pitch thereafter. Owners/Sales Rep attitude is staff dont pitch what must we do? Dont care a attitude. They have no service ethic whatsoever. Was supposed to finish today. Staff pitched yesterday and no one pitches today. Owner says staff member didnt come to work. Sales rep sales staff member came but owner sent him to another job. The speak absolute between themselves. Their attitude is we will do it when we can. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE . THEY WILL LITERALLY MAKE YOU CRY TO GET YOUR JOB COMPLETE EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID ALREADY. Noel and Alec and Laki just pass the buck between themselves and no one takes responsibility. Have reported them to the KSA.
