I have had a terrible experience with Nissan Longtom Service department on Saturday, 14 April 2013. I was there to book a service on Saturday, 6 April 2013 in person, when I told Vivian that The draglink on my suspension must be replaced. When I left there I also phoned her and confirmed that they order the part, I don't mind if the warranty does not cover it, she must just give me feedback on Monday if there are any cost involved. This was not done, and I assumed that the part was there.

This morning, My Mother took my Vehicle in as I am at work in Nelspruit, she waited half an hour, so when Nissan eventually opened, my mother went to the service department, and booked the vehicle in, as she was a bit upset for the long wait, but that is ok, when walking out, the lady behind the counter swore at my mother, which I find very inappropriate. When my Mother turned back and asked what she said, she said that she spoke to the mechanic who was nowhere to be found. After all this an hour or two into the day, we get called and told that the part is not there. Will not reccomend anyone to to use their services because there is none.
