Was promised my car would be ready today

My car has been at Renew-It Randburg for the past 5 weeks as the oil pan / Sump got damaged. Initially, they were waiting for the Insurance company, 1st For Women, to respond. The insurance paid them and gave them the go-ahead to fix my car. Renew-It ordered parts at Chrysler which were eventually delivered on Monday 13th May after I had intervened and had called the dealership to deliver the parts. I called Nomsa on Tuesday 14th May. She called back to inform me my car would be worked on from Wednesday 15th May and would be ready on 20th May. I then hired a car from Avis based on what she had told me. The courtesy car from the insurance had expired because the 30 days had expired. Today I called her 3 times & could not reach her. When she called me back, she told me the car is not ready. When she told me it would be ready today, it was just an estimate. I just can't believe this type of service! Ms J Khumalo
