My car was in an accident in Dec and insurance approved my claim on 12 Dec 13.We decided that because my husband and I work very far from each other that we would have Renew it repair the car as their workshop was not closed over Dec and Renew it indicated that their turnaround time was on average 15 working days.By 8 Jan 14 we queried when we could have our car back as our hire car option had expired and it was impossible to get to work with an infant in tow. Renew it had not contacted us at all in all the time our car was in for repairs. Renew it indicated that due to the Christmas season, parts ordered were delayed. Insurance contacted them directly and Renew it indicated that they ordered the parts on the 23 Dec. Really! No wonder the parts were delayed. They waited 7 working days and ordered it when Christmas holidays were occurring. They were incompetent. I have queried again and again when I can have my car back and the service consultants don't call me back with an answer. I have to keep following up with them. Still no answer a month later. They offered a courtesy car with an excess of R10K-R20k if anything happens. That's 10 times my normal insurance excess. Disgusting service
