NO DELIVERY!!!

I have been waiting for my parcel for the past week and a half, i keep on calling and calling. All they tell me is that "the parcel is on its way to Pretoria" I dont undersatnd what kind of service is this. I actually want to cancel the order i made with FNB. CourierIT is incompetent and they do not care about their customers.
All these big companies must STOP using such services from CourierIt!!!
