POOR SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY

Dear Reader

Once again, UTI collected goods on 7 March 2013 and the goods are STILL not with the client.
We need some feed back to proide to the client re this situation and what is being done to sort it.

Today is the 9th of April and all info obtained so far about the tracking is INCORRECT. This is also after speaking to various personnell.
