Cars & Transport

I bought a new BMW 320i Sport August 2012. Delivery was late by a day coz the car had programing probs. 21 March 2013 the car just reported that it was overdue for service by 1500km without any prior warning. I called to book it at Lyndhurst Auto where I bought it and where I bought and serviced my previous 1series. I couldnt get anyone to help me, I left three messages and I only got called back the following day and I was booked for 27th March. I was told I must pay for a quality check as the car was overdue for service by 2600km or loose my motor plan which I disputed but I was told the car shows that it reported and it does not lie. I was given an option to collect the car on 28 March without it being complete, I chose to wait until 2 April, 1600hrs when it was ready. I was sms a wrong amount to pay which was less by R300. Late on 5th April, the whole car was vibrating and warned of a drivetrain problem. I took it in on the 6th up to today its still not ready. I have disputed why its warning system didnt report this problem in advance. I want my money to be refunded coz their vehicle is fault and I have no faith in it and I hate the fact that I am not taken seriously as a regul
