I bought a new Toyota Yaris motor from McCarthy lynnwood. The pre-sales service was brilliant, but once i bought the car the post-sales service was none existing. I arranged with the branch level finance to capitalize on my account - paid a large sum of money into my account and notified them about the transfer as well as the intended to capitalise. The money just layed in their account and after a month i realised that the capitalisation process did not even start on their side.

Also realised that McCarthy lynnwood added an extended service plan to my purchase without my intend or knowledgement. When i confronted them - they said that they will remove it. The process was apparently set in motion. Now 2 months later, the unwanted extended service plan is still on my account and i'm paying for it.

Please help. I have a email paper trail to support both my issue!! This is very unprofessional and changing my image of the fine Toyota brand. I've even called the dealer principle at the dealership Fred van Niekerk and he reassured me that the matter will be resolved. That was a month ago and the issue isn't resolved yet
