Kia Roodepoort is totally useless

I bought my car from Kia Roodepoort a year and a half ago, and after dealing with a useless sales man, Kobus, and the dealer principal Ferdie, I eventually got the issues sorted out and received my car. Today I booked my car in for a service at Kia Weltevreden and was informed that the Roodepoort branch never activated my maintenance plan. After a year and a half they still have not changed and is still as useless and incompetent as always. Kia can really give me my money back and shove the car for all I care
