No feedback and resolution to complaint

I purchased a "Brand New" Chevrolet Trailblazer from Tommy Martin Roodepoort on Friday, 19 July 2013. Over the following weekend I identified some defects and quality issues (list of 14 snags). I got in contact with Tommy Martin Roodepoort and returned the vehicle on Tuesday, 23 July 2013 for them to have these issues repaired. According to the CPA, I have the right to have the vehicle replaced with another one. I immediately informed Tommy Martin Roodepoort that my needs have changed and that I require them to replace the vehicle. MFC was also made aware and requested to revoke the contract.

Tommy Martin Roodepoort advised me that they are not obligated by the CPA to have my vehicle replaced as they have the option to repair the defects. As this is not in line with what I understand from the CPA, I have been forced to go the legal route and wonder if GMSA will reimburse me to this unnecessary expenses I am incurring... I guess not.

GMSA appointed Tommy Martin as their Dealer in Roodepoort as their representative and despite emails to GMSA, I have had no response from them.

I am completely appalled by GMSA's lack of interest and no feedback in having this matter resolved.
