DHL has no customer service

My package waybill 7377474952 has arrived on 25 march, since then it shows clearance delay on their web site. I have been trying to make contact since then to establish the reason for the delay, but to no avail, they just would not get back to me. I have filed 4 complaints on their web site, no reply!!
This is not my first dealings with DHL, from the first time they had to deliver a package to me it was problematic, since then I have asked my sellers not to use DHL when sending me parcells. Unfortunately this seller insisted on using them, and low and behold they did not fail to live up to my expectations, problems was to be expected.
What does DHL stand for? Dummies haul longer?
