Pick-Up arranged monday on thursday no package

I arrange with DHL Windhoek Namibia to pick up a package of permits on Monday. They promised me only two working days. When I phoned on Wednesday they told me there was a delay and I will receive it on Thursday morning. Its Thursday and they still don't know when I will be receiving my package. This is the second time we have this problem with DHL we will for sure never make use of them again, because they cannot live up to there standards.
