Package 5 days on Airport - No Feedback

I have been phoning DHL Windhoek and spoke to Pamela. My package arrived Friday on Windhoeks Airport (Friday morning). I phoned to asked them when I will reveive my package. Pamela told me the afternoon or next day. I asked her to keep me updated but did not get any feedback. On Monday I phoned again, she told me the afternoon I told her please inform me no feedback. i phoned again asking her please find out what is the delay because I need my package. Well until know Pamela did not phone me back and I'm still waiting for my package. What terrible service. This would be the second time for me to get this service at DHL, but a lot of customers complain about their service.
