Annual feedback on my previous complaint of Yamaha Centurion selling me a busted helmet and refusing to swop it out for another new one.

I spent a lot of money there and they did not want to help me when I had a complaint about a broken brand new S900 Helmet, they opted to provoke me to use foul language and then to pass the buck right back to me. Yamaha South Africa didnt even want to help me with this. Great Service Yamaha SA, wonder what happens if I crash with this busted helmet, will you pay then? Needles to say I now ride a Suzuki and will NEVER support Centurion Yamaha or Yamaha again, quite SAD as I previously owned 7 Yamaha's, great way do do business, wonder what Yamaha Int would say about this, maybe I should contact them too
