Spotters commission

I bought my car from Citroen South got the best service from their sales Executive Ayanda Molefe.
This then all changed when i went i was told by his manger that if i could refer a customer to them and they actually bought the car, id get a spotters fee which is R800...
I did just that and refered my sister, who bought a Ds4 ..The form and copy of my id was requested but nw the form said R400 and not da R800 i was told about.. They have apparently now moved to Citroen in the East rand.

This all happened in November 2012 and till this day i sit and wait..Was called in January 2013 by the manger and was told that il get the spotters fee as soon as Ayanda does an invoice...
So it takes 3 months for one to do an invoice...

I need this thing sorted as soon as possible, and all the and falls promises to be kept...
My trust is gone with these people and i dnt want to hear anything else that this matter is sorted
