Don't know what they are doing!

I took my Honda Civic in for it's 90000km service. When they replaced the cam belt, they broke the fan belt pully in half. I was charged R1800.00 for n new pully. Now 12000km down the line the car started misfiring. I discuvered that the sparkplugs were loose. Now I sit with damaged threads in the cylinder head! What a bunch of clowns!!! Never go there again!!
