Hi All,

Long story short, I made the mistake of taking my Audi to BJ Auto Clinic for a cam belt service and after a whole week I had to take a day off from work and go there myself to see what was happening with my car as no one could answer my questions or bothered to return my calls as to when my vehicles would be finished. after a few days of driving my car the oil light came on, I took it back to them and after two days Johan told me that my car had sump compression and that I need to rebuild my rings - I can leave it with them and they will sort it out. I took it for a second opinion and that was not the case at all, it was a gasket problem on my head causing the issue. It is now a little more than 3 months later and I have a huge water leak on my vehicle, took it to an Audi specialist and he tells me he needs to re-do the cam belt service as the water pump has failed and they did not replace all the parts they should have and as a result the belt has worn down. The complete story is too long to post on here but I am now getting a lawyer involved as I do not trust these people at all with my vehicle to the point where I am paying someone else to do the cam belt again.
