Stressed and very upset

Hello Peter,
I purchase a 2 used cars from automark and the reason for purchasing these cars form them was to ensure that I do not get to experience problems with the cars and I thought I was buying from a reliable dealer. When bought these cars I was promised heaven. I was told that they came with a warranty and a service plan. 4 months down the line i started experiencing problems with the wheel bearing, engine etc. I had explained to this guys that I cannot afford to have problems with cars especially the avanza because I had bought it for my mom who has recently lost her job. These cars were both involved in car accident but that is something that I was not told before I bought them. Now I am paying for cars monthly and they are not adding an value to my life. I have tried over and over to get this issue resolved but I am not getting any joy. I am just ignored. I am really angry and very frustrated right now. Please Peter can you assists with this matter because they have now exhausted all the fight in me. I have left a million messages for Gordon who's the general manage and he himself has not helped me in anyway.
