Worst service eve

Just before the christmas holidays i took my car to VW Mooi street in the CBD. The car had neva given me any issues but was driving a long distance and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. A week after the major service that cost me thousands my car started jerking and making all sorts of noises. I took it back and i was told someone would call me to fix the issue and that was in January, and up to now i havent received any feedback.
