ON January 31 2013, I bought a brand new TATA XEON from TATA OOSTENBERG in Brackenfell in the Western Cape

I began to find numerous faults on the vehicle.

All of these faults were reported to the dealership in writing.
I met with the dealer principle, Mr. Ivan Lintnaar, he had inspected the vehicle, he agreed that a problem existed, he contacted TATA South Africa and was told by them that Arun would personally come to Cape Town and inspect the vehicle by the end of April 2013.
By the end of April this had not happened. The Workshop foreman advised me that TATA SA had said that they were not going to do anything about the vehicle because "that is the way it came from the factory"

I contacted the dealer principle and advised him that he as the dealer principle and not TATA South Africa was responsible to attend to my problems.

Two weeks have gone and I've sent 3 e-mails to the dealer principle directly during that time, asking what was going to happen about the matter, my e-mails are being IGNORED.

On May 14th. I sent a letter to TATA in India, I am still to anything, not even an acknowledgement so far. This shows that TATA does not give a about customer service.
