Persian Carpets in storage Destroyed - Negligence

I reported this matter a year ago on Hello Peter - Dont expect anything from Elliot. I have had a disasterous experience with no sincere apology nor compensation. Their attitude - I have had the same hostile attitude toward the loss and negligent damage caused to my 11 Perisan carpets that other customers have reported. Elliott will not address the three different wrapping methods they used on these carpets (plus a box was not even sealed where they rolled and 'shoved' 5 perisan runners into - it was delivered open and the carpets fell out in shreds) and are not at all apologetic or sensitive to the enormous financial and collectors loss I have experienced. I have flown to JHB to meet with one of their managers, spoken to Charles the CEO and they have indicated that they would not have a round table to discuss the matter nor consider ANY compensation whatsover to my loss. I paid more for storage than the financial loss I have experienced - however they just ignore emails and are aggressive about the matter on the phone. I have not reported them to the consumers board and also sent a legal notification of action. They could not care at all. Kind Regards, Michelle Sampson
