Game advertised a special on carpets, 2mx3m at R299. I figure great, one for my daughter's room and my lounge. Go, no stock, took details, promised to call Monday. Nothing. Week later, back to Cresta, same story. 4 weeks later I email CEO of Massmart. People jump. Get call, carpets here come collect and pay. That's it. Matter resolved! Regional Manager calls, becomes condescending, only gets involved when matter resolved in his words, it wasn't. No formal apology. He gets store manager to write apology AFTER i asked for one. This is not genuine. Offers to deliver carpets and I pay upon delivery. Why must I chase the supplier, why must I support the supplier when clearly he doesn't support me. Why must I ASK for a formal apology? Why must I phone and email and google to find someone up there who will listen? Why must I be spoken to in such a way that I feel like a nuisance? And the initial cheek of "carpets are here, come COLLECT and pay"!
