POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

It has come to my attention that there are certain business entities and centres in East London that holds a very low regard for service.

I have recently encountered a poor service delivery. As the owner of a light motorcycle, I have approached a local dealership for quotation on repair, this was agreed upon and deposit paid for. I was advised that delivery of the parts will take place within a week, however this was not met. I spend many a phone calls and emails on trying to find out where these parts are and why they have not arrived. I was continually advised by the owner that he will find out and get back to me. After two weeks have passed I put on more pressure on this issue, and eventually after 3 weeks the parts arrived, after which there was further complications because they did not have the correct knowledge that the parts will still have to be spray painted, and then had to wait a further day. After this was done, I scheduled the motorcycle in to be fitted and I was told that I would have to wait as they are attending to other customers. Surely, I have waited 3 weeks, and I have paid as instructed
