Warranty on the ca

I took my Raunalt Megan 3, a 2011 model in for 75 000 KM service over a month ago, i took an opprtunity to highlight deficiences on the car which included the loose black strip around a passanger door, the noise coming out of the driver's door when i open the door and then the hooter. It was on a Saturday, the lady who serviced my car told me to bring the car back on Monday for repair, when i was suppose to pick up the car in the afternoon then i was informed they are waiting for confirmation that the car is still under warrantry. Am still waiting for this warranty to be verified and confirmed. it puzzels me that it can take this long to make a phone call in which you check and verify the warranty on a car. BG 07 ZX GP
